To redeem a reward in restaurant, open your KFC app and tell the restaurant team before your order is completed.

At front counter, kiosk or drive-thru, you can scan your QR code or use the loyalty code shown in your app so your order can be linked to your KFC Rewards account.

You can only redeem 1 reward at a time.

There is no minimum spend for redemption at front counter or drive thru.
