I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. HAS MY ORDER GONE THROUGH?
If you ordered through the KFC app for your delivery, you will receive an email confirmation including an order number after you successfully placed an order and your transaction is complete. Within the KFC app, you can also find your order number and live tracking page when selecting 'orders' as part of the menu screen. If you do not receive an order number and your KFC transaction is 'pending' on your bank account, this will automatically be funded back into your account within 3 - 5 days and there is no need to contact us.
