I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. HAS IT GONE THROUGH?
If you ordered for delivery through the KFC app, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number once you’ve successfully placed your order and the transaction is complete. Within the KFC app you can also find your order number and live tracking page when selecting ‘Orders’ on the home screen.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email and the order is showing as ‘Order cancelled and funds returned’, your order has been unsuccessful and the funds will be automatically returned to your account. This can take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
