WHY WE ASK FOR A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE?
We know it can feel frustrating to be asked for a receipt or proof of purchase, so we wanted to explain why this helps us support you properly.
Receipts (or other proof of purchase, like a bank transaction or order confirmation) allow us to:
- Find the correct order quickly, so we don’t need to ask lots of follow-up questions
- Understand exactly what happened, including where and when the order was placed
- Resolve issues fairly and accurately, based on the right details
In many cases, having proof of purchase means we can resolve your issue faster and with less back-and-forth.
If you no longer have your receipt, don’t worry- we’ll always do our best to help. Alternative proof, such as a bank transaction, order confirmation email, or app order history, is often enough.
