KFC DELIVERY - UNDELIVERED
If you have ordered a KFC Delivery and you see the status 'undelivered' in your app, there has been a problem with getting the order to you. This could be due to a number of factors such as incorrect address given, no access to your building or no one answered the door, for example.
You have been charged for the order. If you think this is wrong, please contact the KFC Delivery team directly for them to help you. You can find the phone number in the KFC app (in your Order History).
