Sometimes when you try and order for delivery the restaurant you've chosen is unable to do the delivery. 

This may be for a variety of reasons, like the restaurant may not be able to accept orders on the app for the moment, or the restaurant is closed temporarily. 

On your app, you will see a similar screen to the below; 

If this happens, you can change to Pick up and go and collect your order, or try another restaurant in your area. Alternatively, you can order directly with one of our delivery partners Uber Eats or Just Eat. There is always ways to get your Finger lickin' food!
