KFC DELIVERY - ORDER CANCELLED
In the unfortunate event that your order is not able to be delivered, the courier will inform us, and we will show the order as 'Cancelled' in the app. You will also receive an email and app notification.
If the cancellation is because we are very busy and there are too few courier to deliver your order, rest assured we haven't taken payment and have informed your card issuers. Depending on your bank, it may take some time for your statement to update.
However, your KFC delivery order may have been cancelled for reasons such as an incorrect delivery address, incorrect PIN given to the driver or no answer at your door. In these scenarios you will have been charged for your order.
